Resources - Copies of Regulations IATA is a private, non-governmental organization and holds copyright to their regulations except as allowed by "fair use", so they are not available online. We sell them and you can click here to purchase a copy. DOT Regulations The current DOT regulations are found in the October 1, 2003 edition of 49 CFR. I have just downloaded copies form the government printing office and have posted them here. (We'd love to post copies of the IATA [Air] or IMDG [Ocean] regulations but they are copyrighted and not available online in a .pdf format).
