Hazmat Consulting

One of the worlds largest Japanese forwarders

This company was facing a fine of $50,000 for shipping an undeclared consumer commodity. TDG attended meetings with the FAA and mapped out a plan for reducing the proposed penalty through the creation of new procedures manuals, process flow documentation and training programs.

Logistics Training

Air Freight Operations Training

Helped establish the classroom version of the IATA/FIATA Cargo Agent Training Program in the United States in 1993. Currently, Jim Powell has taught the class for over 11 years and trained thousands of US freight forwarder employees in this important course.

3PL Sales

In recent years TDG has been provided logistics sales training for two of the top five forwarders in the world (BAX Global & Excel) and has trained over 250 sales executives, country managers and MD's in London, Singapore, the Philippines and throughout the US.
